ON-SITE PHOTOS IN LIMERICK (may 09)

The project is moving forward nicely.

The roof has been waterproofed and the interior work is starting to take shape. Exterior cladding will be starting on May 18th, with the solar panels being organised for the same week.

This project is being managed on-site by the client, with periodic inspections by Conor Dennison to answer any queries by the sub-contractors. This is a cost effective way for the client to keep a tight control on the budget, however this method does require constant vigilance by all concerned on site, as there is no main contractor to take responsibility of all the various subcontractors. This can lead to mistakes and oversights happening where the various trades overlap.
