UL Boathouse Competition Winner

This is a photomontage of the winning design for the UL boathouse in Limerick City, by Thompson Architects, with whom Conor Dennison worked and prepared the drawings for the original design team presentation to UL.

The 3D model used for the original presentation of the design with final computer images completed prior to planning submission.

As you will notice, the over building design changed during the design process, due to budget constraints and modified requirements of the client (student body).
